REIKI is a gentle form of energetic healing, focusing on the 7 main energy centers, our Chakras. Over the course of our lifetimes we can often trap negative energy & experiences in these centers, giving us a feeling of being blocked or stuck. With Reiki, energy passes through the practitioner to the client, helping move and release those blockages.
Welcome to your SESSION, where your comfort and relaxation is prioritized. Each session starts with an intake as well as a review of hand placements, ensuring all your questions are addressed. Enjoy calming music in a cozy atmosphere, with the option of a heated table for added comfort. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing, stay hydrated, and limit caffeine intake before your visit. If relaxation is challenging for you, don’t worry—we can work through that too!
Upon completing my degree in Exercise Physiology, I navigated the joys and struggles of managing a successful business, marriage and raising a family. However, I eventually faced significant health issues, and then thyroid cancer and other life challenges. At the age of 43, I found boxing and then reiki soon after - both allowed me to face my vulnerabilities and find my resilience.
13 years later, these practices are still essential to my daily life, and I'm so excited to share it with you!
