My 1st experience with boxing (@43) was a personal session.

I thought I was going to pass out... not because it was hard

(and it was)... but because I had so much anxiety

(Anxiety in general)

What started out as something I was "trying out"

to push me out of my comfort zone,

turned into a love, a need,

and a career...

at 43?

yes.
