REIKI is a gentle form of energetic healing, focusing on the 7 main energy centers, our Chakras. Over the course of our lifetimes we can often trap negative energy & experiences in these centers, giving us a feeling of being blocked or stuck. With Reiki, energy passes through the practitioner to the client, helping move and release those blockages.
SESSIONS begin with a brief intake, a review of hand placement over the chakras & time to answer any inquiries you may have. Calm quiet music is played and the table is heated if preferred. There is also time after for questions & discussion. Comfortable clothing & bringing water is recommended. Refraining from too much caffeine the day of is also suggested. If you have a hard time relaxing, we will get through that too!
AFTER receiving a degree in Exercise Physiology I went on to marry and raise a family, all while running a thriving landscaping business. Life changed, and I found myself somewhere I never expected to be. Having thyroid cancer and other health problems, I began boxing, and receiving reiki in search of help... and at the age of 44, I felt like I was starting over. Both of these modalities though seemingly opposite, were monumental for me. They required me to be vulnerable, and surrender to everything I was feeling. Eventually I was able to deal with stress, major anxiety, and let go of painful experiences. I was eating cleaner, feeling emotionally lighter, stronger and more at peace with who I am. I became so passionate about all these things and wanted to share with others. So here we are! I started teaching boxing classes, personal training others and became certified in everything reiki related, and now am continuing my education in Aura-Soma.

AURA-SOMA
Originating in the UK, Aura-Soma is an amazing new part of my healing, and practice. These vibrant bottles are created from the earth's energy, including colours, flowers, plants, essential oils and crystals. We are able to use them to help open and clear our chakras and repair our aura systems. These beautiful colors and scents connect to us on a deeper level.
