REIKI is a gentle form of energetic healing, focusing on the 7 main energy centers, our Chakras. Over the course of our lifetimes we can often trap negative energy & experiences in these centers, giving us a feeling of being blocked or stuck. With Reiki, energy passes through the practitioner to the client, helping move and release those blockages.
Welcome to your SESSION, where your comfort and relaxation is prioritized. Each session starts with a brief intake as well as a review of hand placement over the chakras, ensuring all your questions are addressed. Enjoy calming music in a cozy atmosphere, with the option of a heated table for added comfort as well as Halo salt therapy and salt panels! We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing, stay hydrated, and limit caffeine intake before your visit. If relaxation is challenging for you, don’t worry—we can work through that too!
Upon completing my degree in Exercise Physiology, I navigated the joys of marriage and family while managing a successful business. However, I faced significant health issues, as well as thyroid cancer and other life challenges. At the age of 43, I discovered the healing benefits of reiki and the strength of boxing - both allowing me to embrace my vulnerability and resilience. Now, 12 years later, these practices are essential to my daily life, and I'm excited to share my experiences with you!
